Clients are at the core of everything we do at Viridian. Whether in a conversation with your advisor in a formal meeting, or through our recent client survey, we endeavour to always give our clients a voice and make sure we are shaping the experience around the most important people – you!
Thank you for providing us with great feedback in our 2021 Client Experience Survey (CES).
You want us to improve your digital experience and to address this we’re excited to announce that we have introduced a secure and instant way to sign documents directly from any device – anywhere and anytime.
Viridian has adopted DocuSign as its digital signature platform to make signing documents more convenient.
What does this mean for you?
Fast, convenient and eco-friendly – No need to download a document, print it, sign it and then mail it back. With the click of a button, documents are sent directly to you, enabling you to digitally sign and return.
Secure and lawful – It is a highly secure environment and electronic signatures have been recognised by law in Australia for 20 years. (To further understand the appropriate use of legal electronic signatures please visit DocuSign website.)
How does it work?
Signing a document electronically is completed in four easy steps:
- Your document is emailed to you
- Review your document
- Sign your document with a secure electronic signature
- Your signed document is sent back to your Viridian Advisory Advisor.
Bringing DocuSign into our service stream
This means that signing forms such as Fixed Term Service Agreements, Statements of Advice and Advice Fee Consent Forms can all be completed via a computer, laptop or mobile device, rather than having to print and scan!
It will help to streamline your admin experience and increase the quality time you spend with your advisor.
Next Steps: No action is required on your part to use DocuSign. Your Advisor and/or Client Service Manager will be in contact before emailing you your first DocuSign document to ensure you are comfortable with the process.
If you do have any queries or concerns, please get in touch with your Advisor or Client Service Manager directly, or contact us at enquiries@viridianadvisory.com.au
