Kasia is leading our risk and compliance functions. She is passionate about risk and compliance being operational, easy to understand and a lever to support the business. Her key responsibility is to support Viridian in building a more risk aware culture and managing it’s key risk and regulatory obligations that may create exposure in strategic, operational, reputational or compliance areas.
Prior to joining Viridian, Kasia graduated with a bachelor degree in Economics (with a minor in Law) and Arts (majoring in Economic History). She has held a number of roles in compliance and risk across organisations such as ACCC, ASIC, NAB & MLC, AustralianSuper, and Arthur J Gallagher.
