Kathy has been a strategic advisor for over 20 years. She merged her private practice into Viridian in September 2018. She works as a Specialist Executive Advisor and leads the Viridian Private Office team in Victoria.

Kathy’s experience and passion spans advice to high-net-worth individuals and families with specialist experience for clients with complex structures and needs. She has additional expertise in philanthropy and family succession planning. She is highly sought out as a specialist advisor to families with disabilities, having a child with complex special needs herself.

Kathy is also a Director on the Board of the Viridian Foundation, along with Kindred Spirits Foundation where she takes an active role to really make a difference to her community.

In 2022, Kathy was a finalist in the AFA Female Excellence in Advice Awards and was recognized as one of the top 50 most influential advisors as part of the Financial Standard Power50.
